Commission Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Consent
All customers must be adults legally permitted to access adult content. Productions are subject to performer consent, applicable laws, and platform policies.
2. Request Approval
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Lovejoy Studios reviews each concept individually.
3. Pricing & Additional Fees
Additional performers, costumes, props, locations, or complex production requirements may incur additional charges.
4. Payment
Payments are accepted through OnlyFans or Fansly after approval.
5. Non-Exclusive Content & Resale Rights
Standard custom commissions are non-exclusive. Lovejoy Studios may commercially distribute and resell completed productions.
6. Personal Use Only
Commissioned content is provided for personal viewing and enjoyment. Customers may not reproduce, upload, redistribute, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the content without written permission, subject to the terms of the delivery platform.
7. Production Timeline & Delivery
Estimated delivery dates are established individually before payment. Timelines depend on production complexity, scheduling, performer availability, and applicable legal requirements.
If unexpected circumstances affect delivery, Lovejoy Studios will communicate with the customer to discuss available solutions.
8. Changes & Revisions
Production follows the concept and requirements agreed upon before payment. Significant changes requested afterward may require additional fees or a revised delivery date.
If delivered content contains a technical problem or materially differs from the agreed production, customers should contact Lovejoy Studios so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy arranged.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed according to the production’s progress, applicable law, and the payment platform’s policies.
If Lovejoy Studios cannot fulfill an approved commission, we will discuss an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required or agreed. Refunds and disputes are handled through the relevant payment platform.
10. Creative Boundaries
All scenes, activities, costumes, and performer participation are subject to approval. No performer is required to participate in anything outside their personal boundaries or consent.
Lovejoy Studios does not accept requests involving prohibited or unlawful content.
11. Customer Privacy
Customer names, usernames, identifying information, and private correspondence will not intentionally be included in publicly released productions without permission. Information provided during the commission process is used to review and coordinate the request, subject to our privacy policy.
12. Final Agreement
The specific production concept, price, performers, delivery expectations, and any exceptions to these terms will be confirmed before payment. These terms do not override applicable laws, performer rights, or the policies of OnlyFans and Fansly.
